Privacy Policy

AP Payment Portal · Last updated: 20 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Resurgent Montreal Inc. ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the AP Payment Portal (the "Service").

1. Information We Process

2. How We Use It

We use this information solely to operate the Service: to authenticate you, display the relevant payables, record your payment advices, notify our team of your selections, and track the status of those advices. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

3. Storage and Retention

OAuth tokens that allow the Service to read QuickBooks data are stored securely on the server. Accounts-payable data is cached for operational purposes and refreshed on a periodic basis. Payment advices are retained and archived for record-keeping. We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.

4. Sharing

We share information only as needed to operate the Service: with Intuit (to access QuickBooks Online data you authorize us to access) and with our email provider (to deliver notification emails). We may disclose information where required by law.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these, contact us at the address below.
