The AP Payment Portal shows your open supplier bills exactly as they stand in QuickBooks, lets you choose which ones to settle and for how much, and sends that instruction straight to your Resurgent team — no spreadsheets, no back-and-forth email, no wondering what was already paid.
Access is issued by your Resurgent administrator. There is no public sign-up.
Everything in the portal comes from your own accounting records. Nothing is re-keyed, so what you see is what your books say.
Open bills are pulled from your QuickBooks company each day and grouped by supplier, with due dates and ageing — current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 and over 90 days — so priorities are obvious at a glance.
Tick the bills you want settled. Pay a bill in full or enter a part payment, and add a note for the supplier where something needs explaining. A running total follows you down the list.
Submit and your selection reaches your Resurgent team immediately as a clean payment advice — supplier, bill number, currency and amount — with a copy of what you approved kept for you.
Once we process the advice, each line comes back marked paid or not paid, with the reason where it matters. Your remaining balance updates so the next round starts from the truth.
If you look after more than one entity, they all sit behind the same sign-in. Switch between them from a menu — the figures, advices and history stay strictly separate.
Every request and every decision is written to a permanent, append-only log with the date, the person and the amount — the trail an auditor, a lender or your own board will ask for.
The whole cycle is designed to fit into a normal working morning.
Each morning the portal reads the latest open bills from your QuickBooks company. You always land on today's position.
Review by supplier, tick what should be paid, adjust amounts where you are paying part of a bill, and add any instructions.
Your advice reaches your Resurgent team at once. You can send more than one in a day as new invoices are approved.
Each line is marked paid or not paid with a note, and you receive confirmation. The record stays available to both sides.
This portal was built in-house by Resurgent Montreal and is offered to our valued clients as part of the service — at no additional cost. It comes from something we kept noticing: approving a payment run should not mean a chain of emailed spreadsheets, and no client should have to ask us what is still outstanding.
It is part of a wider programme of putting the numbers we maintain for you directly in your hands — accurate, current, and available whenever you want to look, rather than only when a report is issued.

The portal handles supplier balances and payment intentions — commercially sensitive, and worth protecting properly. Here is how it is treated.
The site is served only over HTTPS. Everything between your browser and the portal — what you see and what you submit — travels encrypted.
There is no public sign-up. A Resurgent administrator creates each login individually and allocates exactly which companies it may see. Access is removed the same way.
Your password is kept as a salted scrypt hash, never as readable text. Nobody at Resurgent can look it up — if it is lost, a new one is issued.
Every request is checked against the companies your login holds. One client's bills, advices and history are never reachable from another's session.
The portal reads your QuickBooks data. It cannot post entries, alter transactions or change anything in your accounting records.
The portal does not move money and stores no banking credentials or card numbers. It records a decision; payment is executed separately through your normal channel.
Every submission and every decision is written to an append-only log — who, what, how much, when. Entries are never edited or removed, including by us.
Sign-ins lapse automatically, so a browser left open on a shared machine does not stay open to your payables indefinitely.
